Make a portable check for your project folder. Your recipient can find missing or changed files without uploading anything or installing an app.
Prepare your delivery check
Choose the final folder you intend to deliver. The app reads every file and creates a SHA-256 inventory. Originals are never changed.
Desktop Chrome or Edge recommended. Up to 50,000 files; files are read in 2 MB chunks. Empty folders and filesystem permissions are not checked.
Check the received folder
Choose the folder corresponding to the original delivery root, not its parent. Extract ZIP files first. A renamed outer folder is fine.
Optional: reads extra files with matching sizes. Reports possible locations, including duplicates; never renames files or treats a missing path as a match.

Your delivery check is ready
Send the verifier alongside the folder, outside its contents. The recipient opens the HTML file, selects the received folder and checks it. The verifier contains filenames, sizes and hashes, but no file contents. Some organizations block HTML attachments; share through an approved file-transfer channel.
